The Transforming Power Of The Gospel
Rom. 1:16-17; Acts 9:1-19
For interpersonal relationship to have positive transformational effect on others, the people involved should have experienced the transformation that comes through the gospel. The gospel is the good news about the salvation and redemption package that Jesus Christ has purchased for mankind through His blood which He shed at Calvary. The person who comes in contact with the gospel and gives his totality to Christ becomes a new creature, old sinful habits would become things of the past and everything will become new because of the transforming power of the gospel. Have you been saved? Has the gospel transformed you and your character? God is giving you another opportunity this morning to surrender your life to Him before it is too late. Only those who have got the salvation experience can actually have positive effect on other people as they interact with them.
Point of Emphasis: The Gospel is the Power of God to Salvation.
Prayer Point: Lord, transform my life and my home by the power of the gospel.
