Avoid Pride
Prov. 8:12-17
Pride or arrogance is the major problem behind conflicts in the world. Arrogance is a sin that affects the spiritual world. If you are too proud because of whom you are, to reconcile with others in conflict, you are just wasting your time because of ignorance. Perhaps you are still struggling with arrogance. To shun pride and accept God’s wisdom, you can ask God to help you to be humble and make peace with that who hurt you. Remember Satan came to a horrible end because of arrogance. Be humble to use wisdom to end the conflict so that your life will not end with the conflict
Point Of Emphasis: Pride does not tolerate correction. Arrogant people don’t listen to those who offer wise help.
Prayer Point: Lord, give me grace to receive correction with humble attitude. In addition, me to forebear and get along well with others.
