Drawing From The Well of Salvation

Isa. 12:1-6

This passage pictures, what will happen to those who have experienced the salvation of the Lord. First, there will be reconciliation between God and a saved soul. God is angry with the sinners but at salvation, God’s anger is turned away from a saved soul. A saved soul is also comforted by God. He also has “wells of salvation” which signifies living according to God’s principles and thus participating with joy in the blessings that God will provide. In the wells of salvation, there is joy, prosperity, songs of praise, blessed works, all good things of life that a saved soul could draw from. Those who are genuinely saved can testify to these blessings of God in their lives.

Point of Emphasis: Joy unspeakable is an evidence of salvation.

Prayer Point:            Lord, help me to access all the blessings You have prepared for saved people.
