All Things Must Become New

2 Cor. 5:14-17

Before salvation, there are many negative behaviours and lifestyles which a sinner is indulging in. These include drunkenness, fornication, adultery, fraud, telling lies, partying and all such things as are listed in Gal. 5:19-21. However, the moment a person is born again, those old things and old nature in him must give way to the things and nature of the kingdom of God. A drastic and monumental change must happen in him. Without being told, he will quit many of the negative traits in his life and may need the counsel of the men of God to leave others. He will become a new creature, channeling his life and energy to the things of God.

Point of Emphasis: If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.

Prayer Point:            Lord, remove the traces of old life that are manifesting in my life.

TOUTES CHOSES DOIVENT DEVENIR NOUVELLES 

2CO. 5:14-17

Avant le salut, il y a beaucoup de comportements et de modes vie négatifs auxquels un pécheur se livre. Ceux-ci comprennent : l’ivrognerie, la fornication, l’adultère, la fraude, le mensonge, les divertissements impies et choses pareilles telles que mentionnées dans Galates 5:19-21. Cependant, à l’instant où une personne est née de nouveau, ces choses anciennes  et cette nature ancienne en lui doivent céder aux choses et à la nature du royaume de Dieu. Un changement radical et monumental doit avoir lieu en lui. A son insu, elle quitterait beaucoup de ces traits négatifs dans sa vie et pourrait avoir besoin des conseils des hommes de Dieu afin de se débarrasser des autres. Elle deviendra alors une nouvelle créature, dirigeant ainsi sa vie et ses énergies vers les choses de Dieu.

Point essentiel : Si quelqu’un est en Christ, il est une nouvelle créature.

Axe de prière : Seigneur, enlève les traces de la vie ancienne qui se manifestent dans ma vie nouvelle.
