All Scripture Is God-Breathed

2 Tim. 3:10-17

The Scripture refers to the Bible, God’s original message to humanity and the only infallible witness to God’s saving activities for all men. It is also without error on all subjects about which it speaks. Hence the Bible should be read, believed and applied. It came from the holy God and was delivered to holy men. It contains holy precepts designed to make us holy. Believing and applying the word of God may not be palatable all the time as you can see in the passage. Faith, longsuffering, patience, charity, persecutions, afflictions will come your way. ‘All that will live a godly life in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecutions vs.12 .Just endure. All are for your good. The Holy Scripture teaches, trains, rebukes, corrects and instructs in righteousness so that as a vessel of God we may be perfect and thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Point Of Emphasis: The Bible is the original message of God to humanity. It should be read, believed and applied to every issue of life.

Prayer Point: Oh Lord, as I read Your word, let me be thoroughly equipped for good works and live for You in Jesus’ name. Amen
