God: Creator Of All
Gen. 1:20-31
Science, cultural and traditional beliefs, and other human philosophies have doubtful and conflicting accounts of the creation and the origin of man and things. Charles Darwin’s theory of Biological evolution explains that life originated from a small microscopic organism. Nobel Prize winner Jacques Monod regards our existence as a necessary consequence of a game of chance. Rubert Riedl also emphasizes the purposelessness of human existence. The existence of man is coincidental so he said. Whose report shall we believe? The Bible (The infallible word of the Almighty God) declares that all things were created by Him. Prophet Isaiah declares ‘For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God Himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited. I am the Lord; and there is none else’ Isa. 45:18. There is no coincidence, all creations inclusive of man were purposefully planned, implemented and concluded by God. Believers should accept the Biblical account of creation as the authentic, unimpeachable and final verdict. God said it. Believe it and that settles it.
Point Of Emphasis: All creations including man were purposefully created by God. There is no coincidence.
Prayer Point: My Lord, I believe Your word. I will not be deceived in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
