God Rules In The Affairs Of Men
Dan. 4:17, 33-37
A fool says in his heart that there is no God (Ps. 14:1). The case of Nebuchadnezar typified that God rules in the affairs of men (v. 17). He became abazed and was given a beast’s heart. He lost his heart, mind or reasoning powers because he needed to know that the Lord is all-powerful and can place who He wants on the throne. King Nebuchadnezar experienced humiliation because he failed to recognise God as the source of his success. As a believer, you must not allow yourself to be degraded before you recognise God as the source of your success. Look into your life, place it on a scale and weigh if what you are going through is as a result of your inability to recognise God as the one that makes you to succeed.
Point of Emphasis: The living should know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men (v. 17)
Prayer Point: God, help me to always see you as the power behind my success.
