Build Up The Distinctive Character Of A Christian

2 Cor. 5:11-19

The distinctive character of a Christian is to be reconciliatory. For God Has reconciled us to Himself and Has given us the message of reconciliation so that many more can come to the knowledge of His saving grace through us. We can do this by making peace between warring parties. We should bear it in mind that we were once at war with God, but now, we have peace that transcends all understanding (Phil.4:7). In addition to doing the work of reconciliation, embrace the life of purity so that you can have peace within you and with God. This also will show how much you love peace and God who has called you to be a reconciliator.

Point of Emphasis:  Peace is not free, it comes at a cost, Christ Has paid the price for our peace.

Prayer Point: Lord, give me the grace to be committed to the work of reconciliation which You have given to me.
