Searching The Scriptures Daily 

Acts 17:10-15

A person who wants to enjoy lasting revival will be a person of the word. The Christians in Berea were honourable people who searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether the things they were taught were true or not. A Church that will also enjoy lasting experience of God’s visitation will put the word of God in a very important place in the Church. How strong is the Sunday Bible School and the mid-week Bible Study in your Church? Do you have a specific personal Bible study programme? The man that God calls blessed in Psalm 1 is that one who meditates in the laws of God day and night. Business has crowded the Bible out of many Christians’ agenda.

Point of Emphasis:    Those who have no place for the word of God, always go without the presence of God.

Prayer Point:             Father, give me unquenchable thirst for Your word.
