The Spirit Of Truth
Jn. 16:7-15
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth. He speaks what is true always, He doesn’t tell lie neither does He deceive people. This is not surprising because God the Father and Jesus are truthful, the Holy Spirit cannot be less. Jesus told the disciples that when the Holy Spirit comes, He will guide them unto all truth. If they sin, He will convict them and if they are righteous, He will witness to them. The Holy Spirit will not speak of Himself but will speak of whatever He receives from God and Jesus. A person who is fond of telling lies, who deceives and indulges in any form of sin has either not received the Holy Spirit or he or she has not allowed the Holy Spirit to take total control of his or her life.
Point Emphasis: The Holy Spirit will not ask you to lie or do anything contrary to the truth.
Prayer Point: Holy Spirit, help me to speak the truth always in all matters and help me to stand for it.

L’ESPRIT DE VERITE
JEAN 16 :7-15
Le Saint-Esprit est l’Esprit de vérité. Il dit toujours ce qui est vrai. Il ne ment ni ne trompe les gens. Cela n’est pas surprenant étant donné que Dieu le Père et Jésus sont véridiques et le Saint-Esprit ne peut en être de moins. Jésus dit à ses disciples que quand le Saint-Esprit sera venu, il les guidera dans toute la vérité. S’ils pèchent, il les condamnera et s’ils sont justes, il les attestera. Le Saint-Esprit ne parlera pas de lui-même mais parlera de tout ce qu’il recevra de Dieu et de Jésus. Quelqu’un qui aime dire des mensonges, qui trompe et qui se complait dans toute forme de péché n’a pas encore soit reçu le Saint-Esprit ou n’a pas encore permis au Saint-Esprit de prendre le contrôle total de sa vie.
Point essentiel : Le Saint-Esprit ne te demandera pas de mentir ou de faire n’importe quelle chose contraire à la vérité.
Axe de prière : Saint-Esprit, aide-moi à dire toujours la vérité dans n’importe quelle affaire et de la défendre.
