Knit Together In Love
Col. 2:1-10
As we strive to grow spiritually in our walk with God, we will flourish better if we are united in the Spirit. It is only cancerous cells that grow without recourse to how other cells are faring. The body of Christ will be stronger if the members work together in love. Much energy and resources are dissipated when there is friction between church members. Unnecessary disagreement within the church are like speed breakers which limit the spiritual development and numerical growth of the church. When there are factions within the church, the devil is given room to operate with impunity. Miracles are hindered, prayers go unanswered. In summary church members go through torment. But if the church is closely knit in love, the devil does not have room to operate.
Point of Emphasis: Jesus Himself prayed for the church members to be closely knit in love.
Prayer Point: Holy Ghost fire, consume every seed of disharmony and confusion in our church in Jesus name.
