Risen Through Christ
Matt. 28:1-8
Death could not hold Jesus Christ captive. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is one of the central truths of the gospel. The importance and merit of Christ’s resurrection cannot be overemphasized. It proves the authentic claims of who the Bible says Jesus is. It makes available the presence of Christ and His power over sin in His church. It is the foundation for the gift of the Holy Spirit. It also provides a proof in the hope of members of glorious church of Christ to reign with Him. It validates that at a future point in time, we shall be risen with Christ.
Point of Emphasis: The resurrection of Jesus is one of the central truths of the gospel
Prayer Point: I believe in Christ’s death and resurrection. I receive power to rise with You on the last day when the trumpet shall sound in Jesus’ name.
