God Relating With The First Couple In Eden

Gen. 3:1-13

To establish the point made yesterday, after God created the first man and the first woman and put them in the Garden of Eden as husband and wife, He usually visited them to fellowship with them, discuss issues with them and explain to them many of the things they did not understand. The relationship was cordial and enjoyable to the first couple. They heard the sound of God walking in the garden (v. 8), but it is a pity this time around because the couple could not welcome God with open hands. They had to dodge because of the sin of disobedience. Have you established a relationship with God? What is the state of your relationship with God? Are you in a good relationship with God or sin and shortcomings have marred it? Check your life and sincerely answer the questions. Whatever the case, God is beckoning on you today to repair your broken relationship with Him.

Point of Emphasis: To enjoy your relationship with God, remove all obstacles including sin from your way.

Prayer Point: Lord, let me not be involved in any act that will destroy my relationship with You.
