Work for your Livelihood

An idle mind is the devil’s workshop. It is expected that you should be gainfully employed. Engaged in business or vocational activities in order to make a living. God has given us every part of our body, wisdom and everything we need to labour for our food. God Himself worked with His hands, Adam and Eve, Abraham and Jesus Christ our Lord are perfect examples of those who worked with their hands. Most people delight in laziness, they indulge in playing draught, swindling and staking pools, and these are no occupation. A man should be able to labour and provide for himself, family, dependent relatives as well as save for the future.

POINT OF EMPHASIS: There is no food for the lazy man
