The Therapy Of Deliverance

A therapy is a form of treatment and many people in today’s world will only know peace when they accept Christ and become free from the influence of demons. This is what is know as deliverance.
What is Deliverance?
1. It is to cast out demons that have taken up residence in your body, emotions and mind. (Demons are disembodied spirits seeking a platform of expression through humans. Mark 5:1-13)
2. Deliverance means to dislodge evil spirits. Mt.8:16-17
Now he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the Sabbath, and a woman was there who had been disabled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not straighten herself up completely. When Jesus saw her, he called her to him and said, “Woman, you are freed from your infirmity.” Then he placed his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God. (Luke 13:10-13 NET)
A person can be physically, financially, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, maritally, academically… disabled
When something or someone is disabled it means that their ability to perform is hampered, hindered or removed. Their performance ability is put on hold and in the case of this woman it was put on hold for 18years. And this was done by a spirit.
Prayer Point
Spirit of disability; come out of me in Jesus name.
3. Deliverance is the expulsion of a bad spirit from a place, person or thing.
4. Deliverance is to break the chain of wickedness. When a wicked chain holds somebody tightly and you command that chain to break and the person is loosened from that bondage, that is deliverance. A lot of people have been held down and hindered from occupying their rightful positions in life by the chains of darkness.
5. Deliverance is destruction of satanic yokes. A yoke is something that ties two animals together and the movement of one depends on the co-operation of the other. If one animal decides to be slow and sluggish, it means that the other one cannot move ahead. So a yoke is a terrible thing. It retards a person’s progress.
6. Deliverance is removal of curses, jinxes and spells.
7. Deliverance is spiritual cleansing of an environment or territory. It means that a school, house, shop, etc can need deliverance. Clothes can need deliverance. They can be spiritually cleansed.”
8. Deliverance is removing witchcraft load from the heads of people. Witches put loads on people’s heads and they do not know.
“Many years ago, at a crusade, a prayer point which said, “Every owner of evil load carry your load, in the name of Jesus” was raised, and a certain thirty seven old sister, who had never menstruated before, prayed until her clothes were soaked with sweat. While the prayer was going on, there was an old woman standing before her with a dirty luggage. Also, standing there was an angel of the living God, who was mad with anger, looking at the old woman. The angel said to the old woman: “Carry your load.” The woman said, “No.” The angel said it the second time and the woman said, “But I am dead.” The angel said, “I did not ask whether you are dead or alive, and I do not intend to repeat my command after the third time.” When the woman saw that the angel was mad with anger, she carried the thing sluggishly, and began to walk away. And instantly, blood began to drip from the sister’s legs. So, what happened was that an evil load was placed on her menstruation. An evil load could be placed on someone’s marriage, health, etc. When it is taken off, then miracles begin to happen.
That was what happened to that sister. Later, when she was looking at the family album, she found that the old woman was her late granny. She did the evil work before she died, while the sister was still in the womb. And the problem continued until she was thirty-seven.”
9. Deliverance is uprooting evil seeds planted by the enemy. Mt.13:24-25
10. Deliverance is the removal of satanic embargo. When there is an embargo stopping a person from moving forward, deliverance is needed.
11. Deliverance is release from evil attachment. Many people are being controlled
Prayer point
Every chain of wickedness affecting my destiny, break, in the name of Jesus
12. It is to close the doors opened to the enemy
13. It is to damage the works of Satan in your life
14. It is to undo heavy burdens
15. It is to break evil yokes
16. It is to possess one’s possession
17. It is to escape from every satanic prison
18. It is to capture back what the enemy has stolen
19. It is to be victorious in your dreams at all times
20. It is to serve quit notice on every infirmity
21. It is to kill every satanic embargo
22. It is to break every evil covenant
23. It is to hunt down and destroy destructive habits
24. It is to send back evil arrows to the senders
25. It is finding your place in the market square of life
26. It is the destruction of satanic dreams
27. It is release from the altars of affliction
28. It is release from witchcraft cages
29. It is correct positioning
30. It is to break the chain of poverty
Indications for inner healing and deliverance
While every believer must go through a process of inner healing and deliverance in the soul, because that is the place from which many of our problems originate, such deliverance is most urgent and needed for people who have experienced, or are experiencing, the following:
– [ ] an abortion or an intention to have one;
– [ ] abandonment by one’s parents;
– [ ] being orphaned;
– [ ] a difficult childhood as an adopted son or daughter;
– [ ] abuse, whether as a child, a teenager, or an adult;
– [ ] a chronic and/or hereditary disease;
– [ ] uncontrollable or compulsive habits;
– [ ] persistent fears;
– [ ] being plagued by feelings of rejection,
– [ ] depression,
– [ ] loneliness,
– [ ] desperation, or thoughts of suicide;
– [ ] recurring thoughts of guilt and condemnation;
– [ ] a rebellious spirit;
– [ ] difficulty forgiving;
– [ ] ongoing feelings of hatred and bitterness;
– [ ] constant anger or intense jealousy;
– [ ] obsessive desires to bring harm to others;
– [ ] planning or committing assault or murder.
Other cases include those who;
– [ ] frequently have thoughts or desires of a homosexual or bisexual nature;
– [ ] those who have engaged in immorality;
– [ ] those who have a history of sexual perversion;
– [ ] those who have been exposed to pornography;
– [ ] those who have participated in practices of witchcraft or other forms of the occult;
– [ ] those who have used mantras or have participated in the practices of yoga, transcendental meditation, or Eastern religions, such as Buddhism;
– [ ] those who suffer from schizophrenia;
– [ ] those who are addicted to alcohol, drugs, sex, or money;
– [ ] and those who are compulsive liars or gossips.
– [ ] I also recommend that war veterans receive deliverance from distressing or traumatic memories of experiences on the battlefield or of other aspects of their service.
PRAYERS FOR DELIVERANCE
Practical Deliverance-
1. Every evil plantation in my life: Come out with all roots, in the name of Jesus! (Lay your hands on your stomach and keep repeating the emphasised area.)
2. Evil strangers in my body, come out of your hiding places, in the name of Jesus.
3. I disconnect any conscious or unconscious link with demonic caterers, in the name of Jesus.
4. O Lord, let all avenues of eating or drinking spiritual poisons close, in the name of Jesus.
5. I cough and vomit any food eaten from the table of the devil, in the name of Jesus “(Cough and vomit them in fait h. Prime the expulsion.)
6. All negative materials, circulating in my blood stream, come out and die, in the name of Jesus.
7. I drink the blood of Jesus. (Physically swallow and drink it in faith. Keep doing this for some time.)
8. Lay one hand on your head and the other on your stomach or navel and begin to pray like this): Holy Ghost fire, burn from the top of my head to the sole of my feet. (Begin to mention every organ of your body; your kidney, liver, intestines, etc. You must not rush at this level, because the fire will actually come and you may start feeling the heat).
9. I cut myself off from every spirit of . . . (mention the name of your place of birth), in the name of Jesus.
10. I cut myself off from every tribal spirit and curse, in the name of Jesus.
11. I cut myself off from every territorial spirit and curse, in the name of Jesus
12. Holy Ghost fire, purge my life.
13. I claim my complete deliverance, from the spirit of . . .(mention those things you do not desire in your life), in Jesus’ name.
14. I break the hold of any evil power over my life, in the name of Jesus.
15. I refuse to co-operate with any anti-marriage spell and curse.
